Does the First Lady Actually tweets those words????  and why is PDP Preaching Assassination ??????

The Federal government has ordered the suspension of tenure policy in the Federal Civil Service.

This was stated in a press release issued by the Director communication at the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation on Monday.

He said that the directive was contained in a circular to all Ministries Departments and Agencies signed by the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita.

The circular which conveyed the President’s directive on the suspension said the suspension is with immediate effect and all concerned are to comply accordingly with the directive.

The tenure policy which was introduced by former Head of Service, Steve Oronsaye, prescribed two terms of four years each for permanent secretaries and an eight-year tenure for directors.
Governor Ayo Fayose

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has frozen the account of the governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, saying that they are investigating suspicious movements of money into his account.
Governor Fayose announced the restriction on his account via his twitter hand on Monday. He said:

The governor in a press release by his Chief Press Secretary, Idowu Adelusi said that some leaders of the All Progressive Congress (APC) and a prominent Ekiti lawyer were the brains behind the restriction.
The statement made available to PREMIUM TIMES read:
Section 308 of the 1999 Constitution gives me immunity just like the President. I wouldn’t know why these people are intolerant of others and in a haste. Let them wait till 2018 when I will end my tenure for them to do their investigati‎on. The other time the EFCC accused me of embezzling N1.2 billion poultry project fund, I was the one who voluntarily reported myself to the EFCC.
It was ‎when I got a hint of their move that I wrote a cheque to withdraw some money from the account and I came myself. I was denied access to the account as I was told the EFCC has placed restriction on it. That is executive rascality taken too far. Even when I had case with EFCC my properties were not affected.
If they say they are investigating money spent on election, does it mean it is only Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) that spent money on election? A lot of people and groups supported my campaign then. Where did APC and their leaders get the money they spent on 2015 general elections from? Now it is only in PDP that they find thieves, to them there are no thieves in the APC.
A lot of petitions were written against former Governor Kayode Fayemi and the EFCC has not asked him a question up till now. The diversion of N850 million fund meant for Ekiti State Universal Basic Education Board is there and nobody is asking Fayemi questions.
Even the President cannot claim to be an angel. The estate he built in Abuja is known to us. His wife was indicted over the Halliburton Scandal. When that American, Jefferson, was being sentenced, the President’s wife was mentioned as having wired $170,000 to Jefferson. Her name was on page 25 of the sentencing of Jefferson. We can serialize the judgment for people to see and read.
We will not allow this and we will defend our rights within the law of the land.
Those who th‎ink they can silence me are mistaken. I am a person who is not perturbed by things like this. Let them wait till 2018 when I will finish my term and I will be the one to go and meet them. I won’t run away and let them investigate the whole world, I have nothing to hide or fear.
According to Vanguard, the EFCC, reacting to the claim that he cannot be investigated as a result of his immunity as a sitting governor, through its spokesperson Wilson Uwajaren said that:
“Immunity does not prevent EFCC from investigating suspicious accounts of those enjoying immunity and Fayose cannot be an exception.”

President Buhari is back in Nigeria after his vacation and Medical Leave in London, UK. He arrived at the Presidential Wing of Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport, Abuja, at about 5:30 p.m yesterday

President Buhari who said he is resuming work stronger and more energetic jokingly challenged the reporter who asked him about his state of health at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

“You have seen me, you saw me when I was going, you can do the assessment by yourself.

“You can see me inspecting the guards of honour, if you want to wrestle me, you can do so, but you know I’m taller than you,’’ the president told the reporter.

I was just surfing the Instagram when i came across those pictures of the Redeemed Christian Church of God General Overseer, Pastor Enoch Adegboye looking younger and graceful

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has finally allowed the market forces to determine the true value of the local currency against other currencies across the world.

This was disclosed by Godwin Emefiele, governor of the bank, who spoke at a press conference in Abuja on Wednesday.

Emefiele said the bank will operate a single trading window, which will take off on June 20, 2016, adding that the CBN will only step in from time to time regulate the market.

Emefiele said the bank will appoint less than a dozen primary dealers who would now be in charge of foreign exchange trading, driving flexibility in the system.

The governor added that the 41 banned items remain banned, and cannot access forex from the new window.

The DMBs, under the aegis of the Bankers Committee, have already approached the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, to propose the limit.

Sources said the measure being contemplated would drastically reduce the number of customers that would need to physically visit banking halls for transactions.

The DMBs, sources said, wanted to achieve two objectives via this strategy, if approved by the CBN. The objectives include greater use of electronic banking and smaller workforce – as a means of cutting cost of operations.

Already, some banks had laid off many workers, citing operational losses, especially as the Federal Government Treasury Single Account Policy, TSA, has deprived them of federal government deposits.

It took the intervention of the Federal Government, which even had to threaten banks with severe sanctions, including the withdrawal of their licenses, to pull back on the gale of mass sack.

The company made this known in a statement on Friday. The statement read in part:
MTN Nigeria has agreed to pay a total cash amount of N330 billion over three years.

"That’s how the original image was done too," he said.

Speaking with The Nation, Rickey Aburime, a member of Stephen Keshi family debunked media reports of Keshi dying from an heart attack. He stated that Keshi was meeting with some friends and family members at his Benin City resident when he suddenly fell sick.

it took less than 15 minutes to rush him to the hospital after the crisis started but that he died just before he got to the hospital.

“All of a sudden, they that noticed his countenance changed and he was not okay. The person with him called Ebuka and they rushed him to the hospital. He was dead by the time they got to the hospital. A nurse that checked him said there was no pulse.
Doctors later confirmed him dead. After the confirmation, as he was not a patient of the hospital, they could not write any report or present any death certificate. They said we must bring the police report and the police came to inspect the body. I am about to take the corpse to Stella Obasanjo hospital pending the autopsy which the family want to do. Dr. Wilson Akhiwu will conduct the autopsy. There is no official statement as to the cause of death. There will be no embalming. It was sudden and we don’t want anybody to speculate. There was no sign of ill health and Keshi has not complained of anything recently.”
