Shaik Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoun, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai on Wednesday, February 10, announced a new cabinet.

Ohoud Al Roumi  was named as the country's first Minister of Happiness. Saying the new post will align and drive government policy to create social good and satisfaction.

 

The ruler also appointed 22-year-old Al Mazrui as Minister of State for Youth for the newly created UAE Youth National Council.
